ROTATE Agency is founded by two senior business executives, Mette Barnes and Anders Oliver Pokorni who possess 20+ years of profound experience from leading Nordic and global corporate companies, including; privately held businesses, listed companies, fund-owned businesses and companies in M&A processes.

We are born and raised in corporate businesses and hold solid experience in building and driving global teams and organizations, working in high-paced B2C/B2B businesses – as well as working within PR & communications, change management agendas and boosting and developing business models and revenue streams.

She comes with solid experience from bigger international Telcos and media companies where she has held strategic senior key positions (Viaplay Group, 3, Ericsson). Mette is an experienced and acknowledged people leader as well as strong commercial strategic thinker that understand how to plan, optimise, execute – and deliver.

Mette is born and raised in corporate business, and latest comes from a position as Senior Vice President, PR & Communications, at Viaplay Group. Mette has a track record with handling communications around complexe crises, financial results, M&A’s – and she understands the imporatence of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Mette meets people with ease, and by nature she works with a high level of positive energy and huge personal drive that she carry into clients’ projects.

Anders Oliver Pokorni is a profound commercial strategist, highly skilled negotiator and International business, people leader. Anders has latest a background as Vice President, Commercial at Viaplay Group. He has a proven track record managing complex business operations and creating substantiel business development results in the cross field Communications, Commercial, TECH, Products and Legal affairs.

He has previously held a variety of key senior positions in prominent player within the European Media Industry. Anders possesses a substantial amount of both integrity and empathy – and he knows the recipe of how to kickstart and fuel a communication or commercial project in any complex business organisation. Anders works both hands-on and at a strategic level.
